Great location for visiting Hadrian's Wall and Vindolanda. Loved the charming cottage with a lovely garden. Enjoyed the peaceful spot just off the high street.
The cottage was uncomfortably hot, but we managed to adjust the radiators. the absence of curtains in the double bedroom made it too bright in the mornings.

Loved the conservatory, garden, comfy and welcoming. TV with all channels and Wi-Fi. Floor rugs and cosy touches. Great location for Hadrian's Wall and Vindolanda. Maps for walks. Attentive and kind people. Efficient village pubs with good food. Well worth the trip. Lovely, homely cottage centrally located in quaint village. Large lounge and spacious bedroom. Pretty garden, great in summer. Village pubs and shops on doorstep. Fantastic pub and cheesecakes. Helpful host. Lots of information/maps available. Perfectly located near center of Haltwhistle. Good shops, bars, and restaurants. Great location for Northumberland and Hadrian's Wall. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped house. Coffee, milk, and biscuits on arrival. Lovely place to relax. Definitely recommend.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a spacious and charming cottage that was perfectly located for exploring the historic Hadrian's Wall. the cottage, which I will simply refer to as Eden Cottage, was extremely clean, well equipped, and had a small but attractive garden at the rear of the property. the coziness of the cottage made me feel very comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedroom with an extremely comfy bed were definite highlights. the bathroom had a decent sized shower, so I never felt cramped. Even though I didn't have the chance to meet the owner, our communications made me feel like we had known each other for years. She was a very kind and pleasant lady. I highly recommend Eden Cottage and look forward to returning in the future. 😊.

The cottage was nicely furnished and had a cozy feel. The conservatory at the back was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was conveniently located for a long distance walk along Hadrian's Wall. The shops in the area were also handy for any necessities. the cottage had a comfortable and homely atmosphere.
The parking situation, especially if you have a large vehicle. The parking area was small and required parallel parking next to a wall, which could be a bit challenging.

Fantastic location for exploring nearby attractions such as Hadrian's Wall. The hotel was centrally located but still quiet. The cottage was beautifully furnished and had a lovely conservatory and garden. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including some basic food items. Having a TV with all the channels and Wi-Fi was also a plus. The cozy touches and floor rugs added to the comfort of the space.
The cottage was quite hot and it took a little while for us to figure out how to turn down the radiators. The lack of curtains in the double bedroom made it a bit too light during the day.

We had a truly delightful stay at this cozy and comfortable cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a super comfy bed. The shower was also a decent size, so no feeling cramped there. The location was perfect - close enough to the Main Street for conveniences but far enough away for peacefulness. We felt right at home here. The owner, although we didn't get to meet her, was incredibly kind and pleasant in our communications. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning in the future.

It was the perfect size for three adults, and we were able to rearrange the beds and furniture to suit our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the basic food supplies. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing holiday.
Although the parking was a bit challenging due to the size of the cottage, it was expected and not a major issue. Additionally, the bathroom was a bit small for taller individuals like myself.
